Will has worked in Senior Leadership roles for over 20 years in channel-focused technology businesses. He is a co-founder and shareholder at Pragma, Candio and EnableX and previously held leadership roles in Crane and Westcon. He has an MBA from the University of Sussex, and is passionate about people, technology and the impact they can have.
Grace’s customer-centric, operational excellence focus began at the start of her career at GE with the 6 Sigma ‘right-first-time’ philosophy. After a 20-year career delivering innovative solutions that radically improved customer processes, Grace joined Pragma as Operations Director, responsible for making Pragma easy to do business with.
Tim has 30 years of experience in technical, sales, marketing and management roles. Tim uses his great experience to help deliver innovative solutions and drive businesses forward.

Steve joined Pragma in April 2023 as the Finance Director within the Finance department and ensuring great company financial health and long-term growth, overseeing accounting operations.

Helen has worked for Crane as both an Account Manager and Sales Manager before moving to Mitel, where she provided account management and development to their leading partners in the UK.
Raf helps ensure the cogs are continuously turning within the EnableX Marketing department. He is a graphic designer turned marketer, creating assets and making sure branding is on point!
Sally joined Pragma in May 2022 as the Orders & Provisioning Team Leader, where she ensures all the orders are accurately processed and dealt with for Pragma and Techland.

Andy has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, working in various Sales, Technical Product Management and Product Marketing roles. During his time, he has built up significant experience across several vendors.

Alicja finished her AAT in 2020 and joined Pragma team in July 2021 as an Accounts Technician; making sure that suppliers and bills are paid on time, invoices and other documents are posted and dealt with promptly.
Llewellyn brings over 20 years of experience, having built and run an Ericsson-LG reseller business in South Africa. He has been involved in introducing Ericsson-LG products into the South African market, from the GDK and LDK to the latest iPECS platform.

Anita has been working with Ericsson-LG products and providing support to the UK reseller channel for over 16 years. Anita brings a passion for customer service and combining a technical background with an excellent understanding of distribution and the reseller channel.
Jess joined Pragma in 2018 as a Technical Trainee. She has now progressed into a Technical Support Specialist and brings over 2 years of customer service experience to the Technical Support team.

Mary plays a key role in enabling Techland’s growth. She ensures that all the numbers add up for the company, while making sure that every bill from any department is paid accurately and on time, every time.
Annabel has been in the Techland team for over 5 years, where she has gained a wealth of experience within a variety of roles. She now heads up Contract Renewals for Techland partners across the UK.
